Keswick vibes and cozy stays 🌲✨
What a lekker place! The food was on point, especially that butternut squash soup-absolute comfort! Our room was fine, so clean and comfy, and the staff were so kind, checking if we needed anything. Felt right at home, ja!
Only downside was a bit of a wait for our drinks, but nothing too major.

Really enjoyed every detail about our such great 1 night stay here. The location was stunning in the middle of the city, minutes from St Herbert's Church. It was also just next door to a lively local pub.

Charming decor with stunning views. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff's warmth shone through. The local ales were a delight, and the food had potential, but service training is clearly necessary.

I appreciated thevery comfy and tidy room. I encountered some challenges, including a small and cramped atmosphere. Service was slow, and the kitchen closed early, limiting our dining options in the evening.

excellent kitchen hours, unique live entertainment, comfortable pub atmosphere
Room too small for the price!!! Noise from early morning guests made it hard to sleep!!! Poor shower pressure and inconvenient exit location detracted from my experience!!!

Shocking stay, as I had to share the tiniest fridge imaginable, about the same size as a kettle, and was driven mad by the constant slamming doors. I also expected a little welcome gift for my inconvenience, but clearly, that was too much to ask. I almost thought about giving this place a good review, but just couldn't.

No breakfast at the venue anymore was a bummer, especially given the remote location, which left us scrambling for food options elsewhere. The restaurant shift to a simplified bar menu was a letdown compared to our last stay. Would've liked a heads-up about the live music. The unexpected noise almost ruined our early night after a tiring adventure. Just some misses on details that could've upped the experience significantly.

great location but service needs improvement
The location is perfect for hikes, with amazing mountain views right from my window! The bed in the Budget Double Room was comfy, great for restful nights. The owner was cute.
Service could be quicker, especially during busy times.
